RN & RPN’s

Registered Nurses and Registered Practicing Nurses

Our healthcare team is comprised of both Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), each bringing a wealth of expertise and dedication to patient care. Together, they form a cohesive unit that ensures comprehensive and high-quality medical services for our clients.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Highly Skilled Professionals

Registered Nurses are highly trained healthcare professionals with extensive education and clinical experience. They hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing and are licensed to provide a wide range of medical services. Their advanced training equips them to handle complex medical situations, make critical decisions, and provide specialized care.

Collaboration and Leadership

RNs are responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They conduct thorough health assessments, develop detailed care plans, administer medications, and perform advanced medical procedures. Their role also includes educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.

Specialized Nursing Services

Our RNs provide specialized services in areas such as wound care, palliative care, chronic disease management, and post-surgical care. Their expertise allows them to deliver targeted interventions that promote healing and improve patient outcomes.

Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs)

Versatile and Compassionate Care

Registered Practical Nurses are essential members of our healthcare team, offering versatile and compassionate care to our clients. They complete a diploma program in practical nursing and are licensed to provide a broad spectrum of nursing services.

Hands-On Patient Support

RPNs are involved in direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing basic medical treatments. They work closely with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive continuous and coordinated care.

Patient and Family Education

RPNs play a key role in educating patients and their families about managing health conditions, following treatment plans, and making lifestyle adjustments to improve health outcomes. Their approachable demeanor and practical knowledge make them valuable resources for patients seeking guidance and support.
